The saying look good feel good is very evident when it comes to dressing for yoga class. You need something cute, but also functional especially if you are taking a hot yoga class. IN hot yoga the temperature spikes in the 100s with added humidity. So making sure that you outfit has moisture wicking technology is key. I am provided you with a few options that will have you yoga ready for your next class.
Yoga Mat Lululemon The Reversible Mat 5mm- $68.00 I personally use this mat and I absolutely love it. I use it for hot yoga and it is one of the best mats I have used that do not have me slipping even when I am dripping with sweat. The 5mm gives you that extra cushion without being too chunky. It comes in a ton of fun colors as well. Cause you still want your yoga mat to be pretty. Yoga Pants Lululemon Wunder Under High-Rise Tight 28” Full-On Luxtreme- $98.00 Lululemon all though a bit pricey has my favorite leggings to do yoga in. I love the high-rise pairs because they are not slipping as you move through poses on your mat. I also love how their fabric is soft but also works well to wick away sweat. This pair has lots of different colors even though black is always my go to since it is so versatile. I can pair my black pair of leggings with a pop of color with my top or bra. Under Armour HeatGear Armour Ankle Crop Print- $55.00 Loving Under Armours new floral print line for this Spring. It just launched the other day and if you haven’t checked it out you need to. The prints are fun and bright perfect for spring and summer. These leggings are more reasonably priced than lululemon. The HeatGear technology will also help to cool you down while doing hot yoga. Tops Lululemon Breeze by Muscle Crop Tank- $58.00 I really like this new tank from lululemon. It is super lightweight, and the material is nice a breezy for the hot yoga. I also like the placement of the lululemon on the front just for a nice detail to the tank. The tank comes in neutral colors as well as a few pops of color. I like the white tank the best to pair it with my black leggings. Under Armour Rush Tank Top- $45.00 Under Armour launched new line of gear with new technology to help push athletes even further in their workouts. The line is called UA Rush. This tank has the technology infused in it and will help push you to the next level. If you have not checked out their whole new line of gear with this technology, it is purely amazing how this gear is helping their athletes. This tank comes in three neutral colors that will go with any of your yoga pants already in your closet. Sports Bra Lululemon Energy Bra Long Line- $58.00 This is one of my favorite bras to do yoga in it gives you lots of support without being too revealing. I like the long line look because it can also pass as a tank with high waisted yoga pants. The bra comes in lots of colors to either match your yoga pants or offer a pop of color. Lululemon Kick Serve Bra Texture- $64.00 This bra is great it gives you nice coverage as well as support. I like the high neck feature instead of the scoop neck. This one is also longer so could definitely pass as a tank if you do not want anything too revealing. The material is great to wick away sweat. It comes in simple black and white. Under Armour Mid Mesh Wordmark- $35.00 This new Under Armour bra comes in great colors as well as offers great support when doing activity. It is light weight and wicks away sweat. It comes in a marble pattern in either fuchsia/white, black/grey, and pink. These picks will for sure make you look good and especially feel good in your next yoga class. Namaste…
